The information and tools provided by RapidRetailz ("the Service") are offered for general business use by independent vendors. Please read the following carefully.

## 1. No professional advice
RapidRetailz is a software platform. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations that apply to your business, including sales tax, consumer protection, licensing, and food/alcohol/age-restricted goods rules where applicable.

## 2. "As is" service
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from loss of data. Sales, inventory totals, geofence results, and reports are provided for convenience and should be independently verified before being used for tax filings, refunds, or legal purposes.

## 3. Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. RapidRetailz is not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor. Settlement timing, chargebacks, holds, and disputes are governed by your agreement with Stripe. We are not responsible for funds while they are in transit through the payment network.

## 4. Location and geofencing
Geofence enforcement depends on device GPS accuracy, network conditions, and the coordinates you enter for your booths. The Service may incorrectly allow or block actions if GPS is inaccurate or spoofed. Do not rely on the geofence as a sole security control.

## 5. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (such as Stripe and our infrastructure provider). We are not responsible for outages, data handling, or changes by those third parties.

## 6. User content
You are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, prices, tax rates, and any other content you enter. RapidRetailz does not review vendor listings and does not endorse any vendor or product sold through the Service.

## 7. No affiliation
RapidRetailz is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any event organizer, venue, brand, or marketplace unless explicitly stated in writing.

## 8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidRetailz and its operators are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, missed events, device failures, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. See our Terms of Service for the full liability cap.

## 9. Changes
We may update this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer.
