The information and tools provided by RapidRetailz ("the Service") are offered for general business use by independent vendors. Please read the following carefully.

1. No professional advice

RapidRetailz is a software platform. Nothing in the Service — including AI Helper replies, reports, tutorials, and How It Works content — constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations that apply to your business, including sales tax, consumer protection, licensing, and food/alcohol/age-restricted goods rules where applicable.

2. "As is" service

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from loss of data. Sales, inventory totals, stock adjustment logs, cash-drawer variances, staff hours, geofence results, and reports are provided for convenience and should be independently verified before being used for tax filings, payroll, refunds, or legal purposes.

3. Payments and payouts

Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. RapidRetailz is not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor. Payout timing, settlement, chargebacks, holds, and disputes are governed by your agreement with Stripe. Bank details are entered only on Stripe's own pages. We are not responsible for funds while they are in transit through the payment network.

4. Subscription and trial

The 14-day free trial does not require a card. Prices, trial length, and reminder emails are shown in the app and may change; nothing here is a guarantee of future pricing.

5. Permits and shared links

The Permit Vault is a storage and reminder tool only. Expiry warnings depend on the dates you enter, and we do not verify that any document is valid, current, or accepted by an event organizer or authority. Anyone with an enabled share link or QR code can view that document until you disable sharing.

6. Staff, shifts and cash tracking

Timeclock, break, and cash-drawer features are operational conveniences and are not payroll, wage-compliance, or accounting systems. You remain responsible for accurate employment records and cash reconciliation.

7. AI Helper

AI Helper responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. It has no access to your live figures and should never be relied on for compliance, tax, or financial decisions. Verify anything important in the app itself.

8. Location and geofencing

Geofence enforcement depends on device GPS accuracy, network conditions, and the coordinates you enter for your booths. The Service may incorrectly allow or block actions if GPS is inaccurate or spoofed. Do not rely on the geofence as a sole security control.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (such as Stripe, our AI provider, and our infrastructure provider). We are not responsible for outages, data handling, or changes by those third parties.

10. User content and public profiles

You are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, prices, tax rates, permit details, and any other content you enter, including your public merchant profile. RapidRetailz does not review vendor listings and does not endorse any vendor or product sold through the Service.

11. No affiliation

RapidRetailz is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any event organizer, venue, brand, or marketplace unless explicitly stated in writing.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidRetailz and its operators are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, missed events, device failures, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. See our Terms of Service for the full liability cap.

13. Changes

We may update this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer.
