# Terms of Service

Welcome to RapidRetailz ("we", "us", "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Account
You must provide accurate business information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

## 2. Vendor obligations
You may only use the Service to sell goods you are legally permitted to sell. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, sales tax, and payment-card rules.

## 3. Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By accepting card payments through the Service you also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. We do not store full card numbers.

## 4. Fees
The Service is offered with a free trial. After the trial, subscription fees apply as displayed at signup. Stripe processing fees are charged separately by Stripe.

## 5. Geofencing
Some features are restricted to active booth locations. You authorize the Service to read your device GPS while you are signed in for the purpose of enforcing those restrictions.

## 6. Acceptable use
You will not attempt to bypass security, share an account between unrelated businesses, scrape data, or use the Service to defraud customers.

## 7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that present a risk to customers, other vendors, or our payment partners.

## 8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for lost sales due to device, network, or third-party outages.

## 9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

## 10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and require re-acceptance.
