Terms of Service

Welcome to RapidRetailz ("we", "us", "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Account
You must provide accurate business information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by staff you invite or by anyone using a station PIN you have issued.
2. Vendor obligations
You may only use the Service to sell goods you are legally permitted to sell. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, sales tax, licensing, and payment-card rules.
3. Payments and payouts
Card payments and Tap-to-Pay are processed by Stripe, Inc. By accepting card payments through the Service you also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Payouts go directly from Stripe to the bank account you connect; we never ask for or store your bank details, and bank information is entered only on Stripe's own pages. We do not store full card numbers.
4. Fees, trial and cancellation
The Service is offered with a 14-day free trial that does not require a card up front. After the trial, subscription fees apply as displayed at signup (monthly or annual). If no payment method is on file when the trial ends, the subscription simply ends. Stripe processing fees are charged separately by Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the app; we recommend exporting a CSV backup of your data before you do.
5. Geofencing and location
Some features are restricted to active booth locations. You authorize the Service to read your device GPS while you are signed in for the purpose of enforcing those restrictions and setting up booths.
6. Staff, shifts and cash handling
Timeclock, break, shift and cash-drawer records are recorded for your own operational use. You are responsible for wage, break, and record-keeping compliance, and for verifying counted-cash figures. These records are convenience tools, not payroll or accounting systems.
7. Permit Vault and shared links
Documents you upload to the Permit Vault remain yours. If you enable a share link or QR code for a document, anyone holding that link can view that document until you turn sharing off. Do not upload documents containing information you do not want a link-holder to see.
8. Public storefront profile
If you publish a merchant profile, the business details you enter become publicly visible and may be indexed by search engines. We may hide or remove a public profile that appears fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive.
9. AI Helper
The AI Helper provides general app and business guidance generated by an AI model. It can be wrong or incomplete, is subject to fair-use message limits, and is not legal, tax, or accounting advice. Do not enter card, bank, or password details into it.
10. Acceptable use
You will not attempt to bypass security or geofencing, share an account between unrelated businesses, scrape data, abuse the AI Helper or automated endpoints, or use the Service to defraud customers.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that present a risk to customers, other vendors, or our payment partners.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for lost sales due to device, network, or third-party outages.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and require re-acceptance.
